PANCHAKAK / SURNELI JAGERIY Ingredients for cooking:
- 2 cups of nasi dosa/sauna
- 3/4 cup Poa thick rice / minced rice
- 1 tablespoon urad dale/crushed black lentils (peeled)
- 1 tablespoon fenugreek seeds / Matt
- Butter, if necessary - wash all ingredients
- To prepare pasta;
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda - (optional)
- 2 tablespoons boiled rice - (optional)
- 2 tablespoons coconut
- 1/2 cup jaguar (chopped) (use as desired)
- 2 tablespoons turmeric powder (soak in water)
- Salt to taste

- Put the ingredients in the box, take out all the ingredients listed below. Rinse thoroughly 2 or 3 times until the water is clear. Now add butter to it and mix well. The ingredients must be completely soaked in the buttermilk. Cover and leave for at least 4 hours
- Grind until smooth. Now pour in the wet ingredients. Don't put butter in milk. Add chopped nuts, palm sugar, turmeric water, boiled rice and chopped coconut to the coffee grinder.
