- For chicken marination wash chicken mince and rince it's water then add chopped onion, tomato, green chilli paste, black pepper, salt, red chilli flakes, roasted cumin, flour and chopped Corriender mix them well and left for 10 min..
- Then make chicken patti and place a cube of cheese in between then freeze them in freezer for 10 to 15 min.. And then shallow fry them..
- Now for coleslaw add mayyoniese in a bowl and then add chopped cabbage and black pepper and mix then put aside..
